a) Commitment: Weight loss success depends on your commitment. Remember that the process takes much of your time and efforts to concentrate and focus on, what you require to do, in order to lose weight.
b) Acquire emotional support: Try seeking emotional support from your friends and relatives, in this regard. Try banking on people who would encourage you and offer you the right kind of motivation. It would be better to ask support from someone who would be working out with you for the same problem.
c) Be realistic: Do not expect to lose 150 pounds in a month or 50 pounds over-might. Set realistic goals for yourself and work towards them. Try aiming to lose around one to three pounds in a week. In this regard, you require burning around 400 to 1,100 calories in a day. This can be done via going on a low-calorie diet and regular work outs.
d) Focus on a healthy diet: Avoid fatty foods and concentrate on healthy food such as green salads, fresh fruits and whole grains.
