Weight loss success stories
Weight loss has become a critical issue, these days. In fact, most people across the globe are crazy about losing those extra pounds; they have accumulated in their body. However, the funniest part is that these people are still not successful in their mission, due to the lack of will power and steadiness in their activities.
You would be surprised to know that there are many people on this earth who have managed to lose their weight successfully and have set themselves as examples to their friends who just dream of possessing a svelte body and shirk away from applying efforts in this regard.
Here, I would like to mention some true weight loss success stories that would make you believe that losing weight is not an impossible task.
Weight loss success story 1:
Jenny was happy when she realized that she was pregnant. Once the baby arrived, it was a bundle of joy for her. However, with the arrival cute and cuddly little baby in her life, she also gained a lot of baby fat, all around the body. Jenny neglected this fat accumulation on her body for sometime, as she was busy feeding her baby and taking good care of it. However, with the passage of time, she hated her ballooning weight and got in to deep pool of depression.
This was when she met a weight loss consultant that helped her out. Peter Rodricks, the consultant asked Jenny to relax and take time. Peter prescribed certain exercises to her and asked to follow a weekly weigh-in regime. Soon Jenny started enjoying the process and each time she lost some pounds, she was ecstatic. Jenny did not have to give up eating. In fact, she enjoyed her low fat multiple meal regime.
Ultimately the will power, confidence, optimism and self discipline that Jenny followed, in addition to her exercise and low fat diet regime helped her lose weight and return back to her post-delivery shape.

This is another success story of a Caribbean girl, Jessica. Jessica has been a thin and slim girl for most of her life. However, as soon as she left her college in 2002 and moved to New York, she started putting on weight. The weight was getting accumulated on her body so steadily that by 2003, she had almost gained 209 pounds! Depressed and embarrassed, Jessica decided to do something about her baby weight. She tried all she could. From Atkins diet to weight loss drugs, nothing could work. Then she went in to a weight loss program. With rigorous exercise regime and consistent effort, Jessica weighed 203.49 on 12/5/03 and on 20/12/03 she hit her goal of 149 pounds!
The above-mentioned success stories indicate that weight loss is not impossible if you are hopeful and steady with your weight loss procedure.
