Hey let all sit around and talk about breathing ourselves skinny while we eat junk food in front of the T.V. all day! Never mind that we're probably not telling the truth, it looks good for the company when we use it, right? Well, how about a little truth here. Body Flex doesn't work. You can't lose four to fourteen inches in seven days, you'd kill yourself trying. Come on people, Body Flex marketers are being sued by the FTC for falsely reporting how much weight you could lose using this program.
Everyone wants to lose the extra twenty, thirty, or forty pounds that took years to gain in only a week or two, and it just can't be done. It took time to put it on, and it'll take time to take it off again. They say about a pound a week, so if you're really over weight, expect to be at it for awhile to lose it again. Ands guess what, folks? You don't get to stop after you finally lose it all, you have to keep up with the exercise program, or else it will all come right back to haunt you.
Body Flex is one of those gimmicks that you see all the time on T.V. promising amazing results in impossible amounts of time. In order to lose the weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. That means, in order to burn off one pound, you would have to burn 3,500 calories above what you take in- so if you do the traditional 2000 calorie diet, you'd have to burn 5,500 calories to lose a pound of fat a day. Now, what a lot of the diet programs and lose weight quick programs don't tell you is, it's dangerous to do that. It's dangerous to your health, your well-being, and it will make it harder to lose real weight in the long run.
If you want to really lose weight, eat right, exercise daily in moderation, and start out slow and easy. You didn't gain the weight overnight, and it's not going to go away overnight either. Weight loss isn't something that can be tackled with quick results- but if you take your time and do it right, you'll attain your goals and be well satisfied with the results.
